Working with me as your coach, you can expect a fully personalized, research based approach. Program Includes

  • This is a no-obligation conversation where we explore your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss how my coaching approach can support you, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. During the call, you can ask any and all questions you have about the process, and I will answer them to the best of my ability. 

  • In your initial 60 minute coaching session, we will dive deeper into your goals, and create a roadmap to how you can achieve them through your customized action plan. This session sets the foundation for our work together, ensuring every step forward is intentional and aligned with your personal goals.

  • In our weekly coaching sessions, we’ll focus on executing your customized action plan, using the resources I’ve selected specifically for you. These sessions are designed to ensure you're consistently moving forward toward your goals. Each week, you'll receive a homework assignment that we’ll review at the beginning of the next session to keep you accountable and on track. Additionally, I’ll take detailed notes during our sessions, which will be available to you upon request, so you can further reflect on your progress and stay connected to our work.

    The program includes four 50-minute weekly sessions each month.

    Note: Although sessions are billed monthly, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required for anyone interested in coaching.

  • Your customized action plan is a personalized roadmap tailored to your unique goals and challenges. After thoroughly discussing your objectives in our initial session, I'll create a step-by-step plan that outlines the specific actions required to meet your goals. This plan will be flexible yet focused, designed to guide you through each stage of your journey.

    Clients can expect a clear and structured approach, with practical strategies and resources selected just for them. The action plan will include milestones to track your progress, and can be adjusted as needed to ensure it remains aligned with your evolving goals. Ultimately, this plan is your guide to making meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

  • Handpicked resources are carefully selected tools and materials chosen specifically to address your unique needs and goals. These resources might include articles, exercises, worksheets, or book recommendations that align with your customized action plan. You can expect them to be practical and relevant, providing valuable insight and actionable strategies to support your growth. Each resource is chosen to enhance your understanding, foster progress, and help you effectively tackle the challenges you're facing.

  • Ongoing support between sessions is available via text or email, offering you a continuous line of communication for any questions, concerns, or insights that arise. This support helps keep you engaged and motivated, providing timely guidance and encouragement as you work through your action plan. It ensures that you have access to assistance and feedback whenever you need it, helping you stay on track and make consistent progress toward your goals.
